This is my first post, despite being more than half way through marathon training (woo hoo!) I guess it will serve to journal the training thick with long runs. This past Saturday I ran my first 15 miler - my longest run ever. It was pretty rough at points, but I got through it which was my only objective. This upcoming long run is a 13-miler, which I'm hoping will go really well and boost my confidence! Tonight, I'm planning a 6 mile run at the reservoir. i'll report back tomorrow.
